For an established restaurant, we are looking for an engaged and service-oriented personality as a Restaurant Specialist EFZ. Do you love contact with guests, enjoy working in a team, and keep an overview even in busy situations? Then we look forward to getting to know you!

Your tasks:

• Professional and warm reception of guests
• Competent advice on the selection of food and drinks
• Professional serving of food and drinks
• Preparation and maintenance of the dining area
• Taking orders and operating the cash register system
• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Handling guest requests and complaints
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
• Close cooperation with the kitchen and the entire service team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Restaurant Specialist EFZ or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Professional experience in gastronomy is an advantage
• Strong service and guest orientation
• Well-groomed and friendly appearance
• Reliable, independent, and careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility
• Willingness to work evenings as well as weekends and public holidays
• Good German skills; other languages are an advantage
