We are looking for a CNC Programmer with a technical group leadership function (all genders).

Your area of responsibility includes:
Creating and optimizing CNC programs for the production of precision turned parts
Programming, setting up, and optimizing Star SB, Tornos GT, and/or Tornos Nano machines
Responsible for compliance with setup specifications
Coordination of personnel resources and creating deployment plans for day and shift operations
Technical guidance, induction, and continuous development of team members
Ensuring the flow of information and communication at all hierarchical levels
Active contribution and implementation of ideas for process improvements and innovation
Your qualification:
To be successful in this position, you possess the following qualifications and skills:
Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker
Knowledge of Star SB, Tornos GT13 and/or Tornos Nano long turning machines and the Fanuc control
Programming knowledge in new parts manufacturing as well as in the optimization of CNC programs
Enjoyment and experience in guiding CNC mechanics
Team player, proactive person with very good communication skills
Experience in the function as a group leader
