Quality Specialist Production (m/f/d)

Introduction

Do you want to not only check quality, but actively help shape it? For our customer, a modern industrial company, we are looking for you as a Quality Specialist for the production area. In this role, you will ensure that processes run stably, specifications are met, and our customers consistently receive top quality - from goods receipt to serial release.

Tasks

• In-process quality assurance in manufacturing: implementing inspection plans, performing samples and releases, identifying deviations
• Measuring and testing technology: measuring with calipers, micrometers, height measuring machines
• Documentation & evaluation: inspection reports, first article inspections
• Audit & standards: participation in internal audits, maintenance of specifications and work instructions according to ISO 9001
• Training & support: instructing employees in testing methods, strengthening quality awareness in the teams
• KVP/Lean: sustainably reducing quality issues, scrap, rework, and downtime together with production

Profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker/in) or further training in the field of quality/measurement technology
• Several years of experience in quality assurance in a production environment
• Proficient in reading drawings (ISO-GPS) and in handling common measuring instruments
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and structured way of working
