Property Manager Your missions Active and complete management of a portfolio of properties Entry and exit inspections when marketing and changing tenants Leadership and ongoing training of subordinate assistant(s) (including setting annual goals and monitoring their achievement) Personal and telephone support for tenants Ensuring the maintenance of the property in accordance with the management contract Periodic inspection of the properties with establishment of corresponding condition reports Making changes to leases and adapting rents as well as indexed rents Supervision of the current rent policy and advice to the owner for establishing market rents Control and approval of creditor invoices, management accounts and ancillary costs Your profile Commercial apprenticeship with CFC or equivalent qualification Federal certificate of property manager (obtained or in progress) or ongoing training in the real estate sector Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in property management Good knowledge of accounting and law (rental law, CO, CC, LP) Mastery of the French language spoken and written with good writing skills Digital affinity and ability to actively participate in change Strong customer focus and partnership-based relationship management Entrepreneurial thinking and action with flair Benefits Internal offer of specialized courses and management courses in our Livit Academy Financial support and/or adjustment of working hours for external specialized training and access to electronic learning platforms for online language courses Individual career plan and development opportunities Home- / Mobile Office Bonus based on company results and personal performance Minimum 5 weeks of vacation and possibility to purchase up to 10 additional vacation days (Ferienflex) Above-average social benefits: Daily allowance insurance and accident insurance premiums are fully covered by Livit. 14 days of paternity leave Contact Giverny Chamoulaud Linkedin Application process The Livit Family We love real estate and are committed to maintaining the value of our clients' properties with enthusiasm.
