Technical Sales Engineer Inside Sales (100%) Your area of responsibility Technical elaboration and creation of offers Conception of machine and plant solutions Examination and evaluation of technical feasibility, in coordination with engineering and project management Technical support for sales, presentations and finding solutions Coordination between sales, engineering, project management and production Ensuring a smooth transition from the offer phase to project implementation Participation in the further development of product standards, system solutions and offer processes Maintenance and structuring of product data, configurations and offers in the ERP system Planning, support and partly execution of customer demos/tests and sample production How you convince us Technical education (FH/HF/Uni) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Experience in technical sales, engineering or plant construction / automation; with innovative ideas / PL level Strong technical understanding and structured way of working with a commercial touch Strong communication skills, committed and solution-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality Experience with ERP systems is an advantage Advantages Varied and exciting activity with a lot of personal responsibility and influence Flexible working time models for a balanced work-life balance At least 5 weeks of vacation and 11 paid holidays per year Public transport contribution, employee events Bright, air-conditioned offices and gym in the same building Start your career at balti and set new accents with us.
