For our client, an internationally successful industrial company in the Zürcher Oberland, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented personality as a Commercial Clerk 50% immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Contact person for our international service centers and internal departments
• Processing and coordination of warranty and complaint cases
• Recording, prioritizing and forwarding technical support requests
• Supporting product management with product launches, market analyses and documentation
• Creating reports and statistics
• General administrative support in the area of Products & After Sales

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with technical interest or technical basic training
• Experience in customer service, technical support or a similar function is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication, service-oriented and team player personality
