To complement our Operations department, we are looking for a dynamic leader in material management as Head of Production Planning. As Head of AVOR, you and your team will take on important planning, steering and control tasks for the production of our innovative and high-quality electric and trolleybuses. Your tasks

• Organizational, technical and personnel leadership of our team in production planning including personnel planning (6 employees)
• Overall responsibility for the operational activities in AVOR
• Coordination of all AVOR activities for the BUS assembly sites
• Responsibility for the timely and quantity-compliant scheduling of all production orders
• Monitoring target vs. actual order times, as well as determining corrective measures
• Organization, implementation and monitoring of material requirements planning
• Close cooperation with sales, project management, development and purchasing
• Creation of make-or-buy analyses in close cooperation with strategic purchasing
• Efficient processing of production orders (checking, reporting, closing of production orders)
• Complementary tasks such as master data maintenance, article mutations, pre-calculations and development of key figures
• Supportive cooperation in cross-departmental projects

Our requirements

• Completed technical basic training
• Further training as a Technician HF Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Proven AVOR experience in a production company
• Leadership experience in a comparable function
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Sound IT user and ERP system knowledge
• Resilience and teamwork
