As a Technical Caretaker, you are our all-rounder craftsman for the entire area. When something doesn't work, you roll up your sleeves yourself: you look for the cause, repair it, and find practical solutions – instead of immediately calling in the next specialist company. Whether it's a water tap, lighting, furniture, or technology in the event room: with your manual dexterity and technical understanding, you ensure that everything runs.

Technical Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You independently carry out repairs and minor maintenance work
• You resolve technical malfunctions and defects directly yourself if possible
• You take care of our building technology and ensure that systems and facilities function
• You support at events – from setting up tables to setting up flatscreens and presentation technology
• You undertake general manual work around the buildings and area
• You recognize when you can roll up your sleeves yourself and when an external specialist company is actually necessary
• You coordinate external craftsmen if required and accompany their work
• You undertake winter and on-call service if required

What you bring with you:

• You have a basic manual vocational training, e.g., as an electrician, sanitary installer, carpenter, mechanic, locksmith, or specialist in facility management
• You are a true practitioner and can carry out many repairs independently
• You bring manual dexterity and a strong technical understanding
• You have a good PC and IT affinity and are proficient in handling electronic devices
• You work independently, reliably, and in a solution-oriented manner
• You are flexible, uncomplicated, and roll up your sleeves where it is currently needed
• You possess a driving license of category B
• You are prepared to be at the place of deployment within 30 minutes if required as part of the on-call service
