We recruit and select employees, specialists, executives, and managers for jobs in the tertiary sector.* \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* We are looking for our client, a property management company (small dynamic structure), for a: Real estate rental and technical assistant at 60%-80% Tasks : • Processing of lease terminations • Listing and management of advertisements • Establishment and modification of lease agreements • Various correspondence and contact with owners and tenants • Management of rent increases and decreases • Preparation of requests for quotes, vouchers, and work statements • Declaration of claims, administrative follow-up of works and building maintenance • Management and monitoring of budgets and invoices • Processing of terminations, preparation of move-out inspections and establishment of exit statements • Possibility to evolve into a junior manager role if desired Profile : • 25 - 50 years old • CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent • Minimum 3-5 years of recent professional experience in real estate as a rental and technical assistant • Autonomous, organized, motivated, and committed person • Good knowledge of standard IT tools • Available quickly (= an asset) If you match this profile, please send us your complete application file quickly
