Construction Economist / Total Enterprise Project Developer

Occupation rate: 80-100% Your field of action <br /> • You assume the development, elaboration and presentation of exciting individual projects in wood and wood-concrete hybrid • As part of these development projects, you lead internal and external planning teams and advise clients and architects during the tender phase to find the best project solution • You know and observe public and private projects and tenders on the wood construction market and become active in prospecting when the opportunity arises • In collaboration with internal specialists, you calculate building solutions and concepts tailored to our clients and you lead contractual negotiations until the conclusion of the contract • Then, you transfer the project to the internal project management for realization, while remaining a stakeholder • Your qualities • You have completed basic training in construction technology or studies in the field of construction and you have a passion for sustainable materials such as wood and earth • Thanks to the experience you have acquired so far in construction and project management at the level of execution, planning and calculation (preferably in similar projects of wood construction prefabrication and total enterprises), you have acquired a solid basic technical understanding and thus master the project start • As a team player, you communicate in French and German with your internal and external project teams and you know how to motivate them to achieve common goals • You work independently and in a structured manner and you have a great awareness of quality and costs • Our assets for you • Esteem and cooperation • Competent development as a family business • Promotion \& varied career opportunities • Parties \& Teambuilding • Learning from each other • Company old-age provision • 25 days of vacation, plus bridge days • Offers for employees • Learn more about us • Sustainability, innovation and tradition -- this is what we stand for at ERNE AG Holzbau.
