(Senior) Change Manager Manager - Life (m/w/d) 137457 | 80 - 100% | Oerlikon, Zürich | Hybrid Does the thought of contributing to strategically relevant topics, driving transformation in the Life business, specifically utilizing AI opportunities to make internal processes more efficient and secure - and gaining insight into decisions at top management level - motivate you? In this role, you are part of the Life business unit in the Strategy & Transformation area at Zurich Schweiz. You support the Life Transformation Team in translating strategic initiatives into a Target Operating Model (TOM), with which we make processes more efficient and transfer BVG-relevant calculation tools into a centralized, auditable application. You work together with the Head Life Transformation as well as other stakeholders from Business, Risk and Compliance and make an important contribution to the further development of our Life business. What awaits you * You design and manage strategic transformation programs in the operational Life business and support our AI specialists in the identification and design of value-adding AI Use Cases. * You define the Target Operating Model (TOM) to make processes and calculation steps in BVG Underwriting & Pricing more efficient and robust, and translate it into concrete work packages and realistic milestones. * You create transparency regarding program status, progress, dependencies and risks, derive the necessary need for action and decisions and prepare target-group-oriented decision bases for Top Management. * You bring together stakeholders from Business, IT, Risk and Compliance, manage cooperation with Senior Management and operational units and coordinate central program dates as well as workshops and events. * Depending on your profile, you support the transfer of fragmented Excel and VBA solutions into centralized, modular Python applications with databases and interfaces and help to replace manual controls with automated solutions and - where useful - AI. What distinguishes you * Several years of experience in the implementation and management of larger programs, strategically derived projects or complex change projects in the insurance or financial services environment as well as in the definition and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) - including business value assessment and clear Minimum Acceptance Requirements * Experience in model or tool governance, tool testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Python and AI solutions as well as in validation methods is an advantage * Strong analytical and conceptual skills to quickly grasp complex relationships, prepare them understandably, translate them into concrete work steps and drive topics forward in a structured manner * Confident stakeholder management at different hierarchical levels, experience in cooperation with Senior and Top Management as well as very good knowledge in program management, management reporting and the preparation of decision bases * Technical understanding and practical experience with Python applications; additional knowledge in programming languages and tools such as R, SQL or VBA as well as experience in the integration of AI is an advantage Good to know Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: [Oerlikon, Zürich](< >) Start date: immediately or by arrangement Travel activity: none Hybrid working: up to 40% Everything regarding your application You can apply directly to us online in a first step - for this you only need your CV.
