For our new branch in Wädenswil we are looking from now on for a committed personality as Branch Manager Wädenswil (m/f/d) As Branch Manager, you will independently ensure the leadership and success of the DESA branch and fulfill the following tasks: Responsible for the planning and coordination of the branch's orders Achievement of goals (qualitative/quantitative) and KPIs Further development of the branch Leadership of the team Support in technical areas Professional care and advice for our customers What you bring with you: You have completed an apprenticeship (EFZ) in the automotive industry (Carosseriespengler EFZ, Automechaniker, Automobilmechatroniker, Automobilfachmann) In addition, you have a commercial diploma or have completed further training as a technician You bring leadership experience You are open to new things You possess sales flair to competently advise our customers You are flexible and used to working independently You have a valid driving license Cat.
