Segment Manager Power Distribution (m/f/d), 80-100% Your contribution to our team In this role, you bear the overall responsibility for the strategy, organization, and technical management of the Power Distribution segment. You develop the area specifically, sharpen the Go-to-Market strategy, and ensure the achievement of targets in terms of turnover and margin. You lead the technical specialists in the regions technically and the Category Managers disciplinarily, and consistently develop competencies, portfolios, and solutions. At the same time, you are responsible for forecast, budget, and performance management and derive strategic measures based on market, competition, and technology analyses. Another focus lies in ensuring high quality and efficiency: You define and manage relevant KPIs, further develop standards and processes, and guarantee compliance with compliance and regulatory requirements. You take responsibility for complex or critical issues. As a central interface, you also build long-term relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners and represent the Power Distribution area internally and externally.
