Bern (and Home Office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) | This is the contribution you can make * Be responsible for the planning and organization of the courses and continuing education of the ICT Warrior Academy, including material and organizational resources * Independently develop organizational, course, and training concepts and, together with the Head of ICT Warrior Academy, shape their continuous development * Prepare and conduct planning workshops and transfer the resulting outcomes into concrete course and training measures * Ensure course organization including Learning Management System, resource management, as well as coordination and support of course instructors and participants * Plan, conduct, and evaluate the selection process for course participants * Design and conduct your own training in the areas of methodology, organization, working methods, and workshop facilitation, as well as support the ICT Warrior team with agile working and innovation methods What makes you unique * Bring a degree as a Specialist in Corporate Organization EFA or a university degree (Uni/ETH/FH), ideally in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Psychology * Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in corporate organization, project management, structure and process theory, as well as organizational optimization * Bring experience in workshop facilitation, especially in moderating planning workshops and developing course concepts * Show knowledge and experience in agile working and innovation methods as well as enjoyment in their practical application * Bring an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong organizational and communication skills * Good active knowledge of a second official language In a nutshell In the ICT Warrior Academy, you take on a central role when it comes to effectively bringing people, training, and organization together.
