Job description

• You will be in charge of welcoming and directing patients from their arrival
• You will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming phone calls
• You will have the mission to respond promptly and efficiently to patients', staff and external visitors' requests
• You will also be responsible for processing patients' administrative admissions and carefully monitoring their files.

Qualifications

• For this position, you are required to have a CFC degree as a commerce employee or equivalent training
• You have previous experience in a similar field
• Additionally, mastery of common computer tools is required
• Relational and social skills, as well as a sense of responsibility and professional conscience are essential elements to succeed in this role
• You are an open, dynamic and communicative person
• Furthermore, the ability to take initiatives, adapt easily, work autonomously and quickly integrate into a team are sought-after skills
• Knowledge of the German language is mandatory for this position
