ROBOT TEST OPERATOR Company Description Our client, a young company from the field of robotics technology, is looking for a flexible employee as a ROBOT TEST OPERATOR starting immediately Job Description As a robot tester, you play a decisive role in the validation and optimization of various robotic systems before they are used in practical application. This is a practice-oriented activity in which you operate our robots over long periods of time and subject them to strict test cycles to capture valuable performance data and uncover potential sources of error. You contribute significantly to ensuring that every device meets the highest requirements for reliability and functionality. Operation of robotic systems during longer test series as well as recording data on performance, durability, and behavior under various conditions. Identification and documentation of anomalies, errors, and potential causes of failure during test runs. Support with End-of-Line (EOL) tests to validate complete system functionality before use. Creation of detailed test protocols and recording of observations to support technical analyses and continuous improvements. Clear communication of results to the Engineering team to support the prioritization of error corrections and optimizations. Safe handling and positioning of robot components with a weight of up to 15 kg during the test setup. Desired Profile Ability to remain focused and attentive even during long work units - the quality of the data depends on it. Discipline to follow established test plans precisely and to complete documentation conscientiously. Basic English skills to understand instructions and note observations clearly. Confident handling of a joystick or game controller Experience with remote-controlled vehicles, drones, or similar is an advantage Professional experience in activities that require sustained attention (monitoring, inspection, machine operation, etc.).
