Tasks

As an HR Business Partner with an HR Fachausweis, you will take on a central role in the design and implementation of our personnel strategy.

Your tasks include:

• Close cooperation with managers to understand personnel-related challenges and develop tailor-made solutions.
• Advising and supporting the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Identification of training and development needs within the company.
• Proactive involvement in the recruitment and selection of talent.
• Promoting a positive corporate culture and ensuring employee retention.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner with an HR Fachausweis who meets the following criteria:

• Completed training in the field of HR, ideally with an HR Fachausweis.
• Demonstrable professional experience in a comparable HR role in Switzerland.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as HR best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented way of working and the ability to build relationships.
