You work on client projects from the very beginning and actively and effectively contribute your knowledge

You analyze processes, requirements and data flows and develop solutions from them

You plan and facilitate workshops with experienced consultants

You develop new approaches to digitalization and lead ideas through to their implementation

You actively contribute to a positive corporate culture through your ideas and initiatives

You progressively assume more responsibilities, up to the management of your own client mandates

You continuously strengthen your network and use it for the sustainable development of clients and market potentials

Depending on your interests, you can specialize in: business analysis, requirements engineering, IT project management, process engineering, data analysis / BI or innovation & strategy, business development, organization & change.

What you bring

You are in your penultimate or final semester of your master's in business information technology, economics, business engineering or in a similar field

You have a strong affinity for technologies and digitalization

You enjoy working with people and feel comfortable in a team and in contact with clients

You have already acquired practical experience (ideally in the field of digitalization)

You wish to take on responsibilities and evolve quickly in a demanding environment

You recognize where AI creates added value in professional daily life and use it in a targeted and responsible manner
