Your Tasks ###

• You conduct casework with committed persons and accompany them throughout their sentence.
• In contact with the committed persons and their environment, you advise and support them on social and administrative questions - such as housing, work, finances, health, or social integration.
• You develop crime-relevant topics, individual risk factors, and realistic change goals together with the committed persons.
• You attentively observe developments in daily correctional life, assess them professionally, and document your assessments carefully and traceably.
• From your observations in daily correctional life and your casework, you derive well-founded, traceably documented recommendations that help shape the further course of the sentence.

Your Profile ###

• You have a completed degree (Bachelor) in Social Work with a specialization in Social Work.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in a demanding practical field, such as correctional services, psychiatry, addiction assistance, probation services, adult protection, or in an inpatient setting.
• Even in stressful, contradictory, or borderline situations, you remain professional in relationships while simultaneously setting clear boundaries.
• With a structured, reflective, and resilient way of working, you maintain an overview even in a dynamic and security-relevant environment.
• Careful documentation, target-group-oriented communication, and proficiency in using digital work tools (MS Office) round off your profile.
