HellerImpuls is looking for an engaged: Social Pedagogical Family Support (hourly wage) ## Do you want to accompany families, children and adolescents in challenging life situations and work independently and with personal responsibility? At HellerImpuls, you will take on your own assignments and accompany families directly in their living environment. Your tasks ### • Systemic counseling and support of stressed family systems • Support in the exercise of visitation rights • Promotion of the parent-child relationship and parenting skills • Support for parents in parenting matters • Accompanying children and adolescents • Support in organizing daily family life • Interdisciplinary cooperation with schools, social services, KESB, therapists and other specialist agencies • Documentation, reporting and participation in progress meetings We work in a solution-oriented, resource-oriented manner and approach families with a trauma-sensitive attitude. Your profile ## You possess: • a completed tertiary education in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Psychology, Health or Pedagogy (HF, FH or University) • at least 3 years of professional experience with children, adolescents or family systems at a workload of at least 50 % • an independent, reliable and resilient way of working • good German language skills, written and spoken • French language skills as well as other language skills are an advantage. • Experience in trauma pedagogy or crisis intervention is welcome. • Driver's license Cat.
