Project Manager Description of the offer: We are looking for a competent and motivated Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and management of various projects, ensuring their execution within deadlines, budget compliance and customer satisfaction. If you have solid experience in project management, communication skills and the ability to work in a team, we would be delighted to meet you. Responsibilities: Plan and define the phases of project implementation, in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage budgets, deadlines and resources needed for each project. Ensure communication between different stakeholders and maintain regular monitoring of work progress. Identify and resolve problems that may arise during project execution. Guarantee the quality of deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction. Write and present progress reports, risk analyses and improvement proposals. Participate in project meetings and lead workshops with teams and clients. Sought profile: Degree in project management, engineering, architecture or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management. Excellent planning, organization and priority management skills. Mastery of project management tools and software (MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.). Communication and negotiation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and unite collaborators around project objectives. Autonomy, rigor and attention to detail.
