Qualified Kitchen Assistant at 70%

On behalf of one of our clients, the agency OKJOB Lausanne is recruiting a: - Preliminary preparation of food, making salads and sandwiches - Ensuring the cleaning of dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. - Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas (floors, worktops, equipment). - Sorting and storing clean dishes. - Assisting the kitchen team with certain simple tasks if necessary. - Respecting current hygiene and safety standards. - Mastery of linen maintenance for the laundry sector - French mandatory and German level B1/B2 - Holder of the AFP kitchen employee title - Good culinary knowledge - Experience in dishwashing or catering - Fast, rigorous and organized - Ability to work in a team and to manage pressure during services - Compliance with HACCP hygiene rules.
