For an exciting interim mission of 4 to 6 months, we are looking for an experienced person as an HR specialist 80-100% for our client in the Biel region, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • You are responsible for all personnel administration throughout the employee life cycle. You competently assist employees as well as supervisors in all HR-related matters • You coordinate and process entries, exits, and mutations. Additionally, you draft employment contracts, work certificates, and other HR documents • In the field of absence and time management, you assume responsibility and ensure the correct maintenance of personnel data and HR systems • With your commitment, you support the HR team in daily operations and actively participate in various HR projects and process optimization Your profile • A commercial education as well as complementary training in HR constitute your professional base. You also have several years of experience in personnel administration and/or as an HR generalist • You possess solid knowledge of Swiss personnel administration and labor law as well as a good understanding of HR processes • Autonomous, structured, and precise work is a matter of course for you.
