You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, assume your role as a contact person for the competent authorities, and actively contribute to audit, quality, and incident management related to medication. You play a central role in market analysis, evaluating therapeutic alternatives, including generics and biosimilars, and contribute to purchasing decisions in a structured framework. You collaborate with doctors, care teams, and support functions to evolve practices, secure processes, and accompany changes, particularly in the deployment of transversal projects such as the optimization of secure cabinets. You participate in inter-clinic exchanges within the group, quality approaches, pharmacovigilance, and continuing education, in a dynamic environment where field expertise and the ability to convince are decisive. Your profile You are a pharmacist with confirmed experience in a hospital environment, ideally holding the FPH title in hospital pharmacy, or having equivalent expertise acquired in the field, including in leadership positions, in Switzerland or abroad. Autonomous and reliable, you are able to make decisions in a demanding framework while navigating with ease in a group organization with sometimes complex processes. You distinguish yourself by your human qualities, your sense of collaboration, and your ability to establish constructive dialogue with doctors and internal partners. Your analytical capacity, professional credibility, and posture as a medical partner enable you to accompany the evolution of the medication field and contribute durably to the quality of care.
