In this role, you will strengthen the Claims division in the Claims Assistance area at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our common success. You are the direct contact person for our customers, actively process travel claims and breakdown cases at home and abroad, and assess benefit cases in the areas of breakdown assistance, cancellation costs, and travel protection. In doing so, you communicate regularly in writing and by telephone with customers, work closely with partners, travel agencies as well as the underwriting and field service departments, and thus ensure professional and efficient claims processing. What awaits you * You actively process travel and breakdown claims at home and abroad. * You assess benefit cases in the areas of breakdown assistance, cancellation costs, and travel protection. * You have regular written and telephone contact with our customers. * You communicate closely with partners, travel agencies, and other interfaces. * You support the underwriting and field service departments in claims matters.
