Job description
The Verein Kinderbetreuung Bergdietikon (KiBe) operates a KiTa (daycare center) as well as an after-school care center (day structure) in a modern multipurpose building directly on the school grounds. The KiTa offers a total of 71 places, divided into five groups: one baby group, two mixed-age groups, one pre-kindergarten group, and one forest group. In these groups, children from 14 weeks of age until entering kindergarten are cared for. The forest group is open to children from approximately 2.5 years old until entering kindergarten. It has an outdoor location in a former kindergarten room, which can be used as a retreat and stay area in unfavorable weather. Every Tuesday and Thursday, the children spend the day in a nearby forest area. Now we are looking, for our forest group, an experienced childcare specialist as a group leader (45%) (working days Tue and Thu). Your activities include - Leading the forest group - Designing a varied forest everyday life and working according to the annual plan - Implementing internal concepts (including pedagogical forest concept) - Participation in regularly held meetings and events. You bring - A diploma as FaBe Kind or an equivalent recognized training - Experience as a trained FaBe Kind (returners are welcome) - Experience in forest pedagogy - Joy in being outdoors and experiencing nature-oriented activities with children in all weather - Commitment, motivation, and flexibility - Imagination, creativity, and a good portion of humor - Sense of responsibility and initiative - Joy in teamwork and constructive parental work.
