What you can achieve You will take over project management and processing, particularly in our execution projects in the areas of urban and property drainage/civil engineering/district heating network construction, and support our project managers with their concept studies. Establishment and maintenance of customer contacts and project acquisition in the Aargau – Limmattal region Collaboration with our project engineers, site managers, and draftsmen and our urban drainage technology group Independent support and advice for our customers Responsible for the further development of the division (financial & personnel) You communicate transparently and actively network with various stakeholders Technical and organizational leadership of project teams (Currently, the SEW division has 6 employees) Content, schedule, and economic project responsibility Ensuring technical-professional quality Furthermore, you are a competent and technical contact person for our customers As Division Manager, you are part of the management team of the Baden branch and work with much energy and ideas on the strategic direction of the department Your competencies are You enjoy working in a team, are open, solution-oriented, and act entrepreneurially Completed studies as a civil/environmental engineer FH/ETH or comparable At least 5 years of practical professional experience in the field of urban drainage, particularly in the field of site management Knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines is mandatory You enjoy working in a team, are open, solution-oriented, and act entrepreneurially Interest and experience in the acquisition of new customers Experience in the leadership and successful management of project teams An active promotion and development of employees, the support of their individual responsibility, as well as the creation of scope for action through trust and communication at eye level characterize your working style Maintaining an open and goal-oriented interaction with customers and colleagues A structured and careful way of working, confident appearance, as well as high commitment and quality responsibility round off your profile
