Your tasks:

• Taking over treatment care for acutely ill patients at home
• Co-development and design of the treatment process in the interprofessional team
• Ensuring the nursing process
• Goal- and solution-oriented cooperation in an interprofessional treatment team
• Implementation and guidance of integrative medicine nursing measures

You bring with you:

• Training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF (HF, FH, DNII, AKP)
• Openness to an integrative treatment concept, focus on anthroposophic nursing and medicine
• Team-oriented, process-focused way of working
• Interest in modern forms of work organization (New Work)
