Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents, and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and accompany around 45 residents across five residential groups in Trun and in our outpatient station Soldanella in Sedrun, as well as in our workshops.

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for our care team for a residential group for people with physical, mental, and/or multiple disabilities in the adult sector at our location in Trun

Caregiver, 80%

Area of responsibility:

• Accompaniment, care, and promotion of the six residents in the protected residential and daily structure
• Independent creation, implementation, and evaluation of support plans
• Design of the working day and leisure activities
• Responsibility for the basic care of the residents
• Active and constructive cooperation within the team and the area

We expect:

• FaBe or equivalent training in the care or work sector, career change possible
• Willingness to design part of the daily routine for people with disabilities and to accompany them in it
• Organizational talent and creativity
• Psychological resilience, patience, and empathy
• Teamwork and ability to accept criticism
• Your spontaneity and your natural sense of humor round off your profile
