In everyday Spitex work, it is not just specialist knowledge that counts, but the ability to make the right decisions on-site. As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with Spitex experience, you will take responsibility for complex care situations in the Ostermundigen surroundings region and independently manage the care process in the direct environment of your clients. Your tasks in this versatile position • You will be carefully introduced so that you can take over your area of responsibility safely and independently • You will work in a well-coordinated team that is built on trust, quality, and mutual support • You will take on professional, organizational, and personnel tasks within the care sector • You will care for the residents directly on-site in the internal Spitex, without external driving services • You will ensure high-quality care, carry out needs assessments with interRAI HC, and actively shape care processes What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
