At the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. Assistant Team Leader with option to take over team management 80 - 100 % # In the Ebnet house, in the heart of Herisau, there are 48 rooms or apartments distributed over three floors. The proximity to the village center allows for varied relationships inside and outside the house.  We are looking for our Ebnet house from 1 August 2026 or by agreement for a committed, responsible person, with a heart for elderly people and a pleasure in assuming management responsibilities as Your demanding and varied tasks: It is possible to take over the team management in the medium term. Due to the retirement of the current holder at the end of 2027, a thorough and progressive introduction to this responsible role is possible. • You assume co-responsibility for the professional and personnel management of a team of approximately 29 employees. • In collaboration with your team, you ensure that our approximately 45 residents feel safe, well and at home. • You accompany and support your team in daily care, regularly assume daily responsibility and intervene where you are needed. • You maintain a respectful collaboration with relatives, internal and external specialized services as well as hospitality. • You bring your ideas and experiences and actively contribute to the development of our family residential sector. Our requirements: • You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland. • You have experience in long-term care and know the RAI LTCF instrument. • You have already acquired initial management experience and wish to take the next step by assuming responsibility for a team. • You work independently, reliably and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • You approach elderly people with respect and empathy and convince with your team spirit, your openness and a positive attitude.
