Your tasks * Supporting customers by telephone and in writing in French and German * Administrative processing of customer requests in the areas of property, personal and/or social insurance * Supporting customer advisors with offer inquiries, comparisons and application reviews * Assisting in the processing of various benefit and damage cases * Supporting defined, well-described administrative customer processes * Acting as a deputy for similar tasks in the team Your profile * Completed commercial training with initial professional experience, preferably in the insurance industry * Talents with the desire to enter the insurance industry are also welcome * Prerequisite: Self-motivated, reliable, accurate and conscientious way of working * Additionally, you bring a strong team orientation and high service readiness * Motivated and confident in handling MS-Office, ERP solutions and digital tools * French skills: Good to very good communication (min.
