Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Planning and controlling the project regarding leading the project team, deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality and risks • Analyzing and concretizing the project idea (feasibility, economic efficiency, risks and success factors in consultation with portfolio management) • Leading projects to achieve the project results and the procedural goals (time, costs, quality) of the project • Implementing suitable project management processes (monitoring of risks and opportunities as well as checking the initiated measures for their effectiveness) • Defining the project marketing and the communication plan and ensuring project information (maintaining relationships) • Leading projects in demanding stakeholder constellations <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree (Master) in computer science or business informatics as well as experience in IT project management with different stakeholder groups • Sound knowledge of risk and quality management leadership in IT projects (process analysis/design/modeling, risk assessment and implementation of countermeasures) • Knowledge of the organization of the 1. Säule and experience in IT projects of the 1. Säule with agile and innovative IT projects. As a Project Manager for the implementation of the electronic platform of the 1. Säule, you manage a strategically important project of the BSV and work closely with the relevant stakeholder groups.
