To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality who will actively support our accounting and act as an important hub between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Accounting Clerk (50%) (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for financial administration and be the contact person for various internal and external stakeholders. Accounts Receivable Management Management of accounts receivable accounting Monitoring open items Maintenance, control, and adjustment of credit limits as well as approval of customer orders Dunning and collections Contact with customers regarding inquiries and payment clarifications Accounts Payable Management Recording, checking, and posting supplier invoices Control and archiving of invoices and payment approvals Execution of payment transactions Reconciliation of accounts payable accounts Other tasks Posting and reconciliation of bank accounts Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, purchasing, production, and management Regular exchange with our sales office in French-speaking Switzerland General administrative tasks in the finance area Maintenance and control of the archiving system What you bring with you Commercial basic training Professional experience in accounting, ideally in a comparable role Good knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting Independent, exact, and reliable way of working Enjoyment of contact with customers, suppliers, and internal contact persons Good German skills in spoken and written form French skills for cooperation with our sales office in French-speaking Switzerland are an advantage IT affinity and experience with ERP systems; knowledge of BMD and/or A+W is a plus What awaits you A responsible and varied activity Short decision-making paths and an uncomplicated "Du" culture Family-like working environment in a successful production company with around 70 employees Modern working tools and digital processes Independent work with a lot of personal responsibility Collegial team and mutual support Would you like to become part of our team?
