Area of responsibility

• You actively maintain key accounts in the DACH region and are responsible for pre-sales and sales activities.
• You carry out market and competitor analyses to identify growth potentials and develop new and existing business areas, as well as effective new customer identification.
• Together with the customers, you develop roadmaps, strategies, and concepts.
• You work in close exchange with the project managers and the development team.
• You are the lead person in sales and lead a small, young team.
• You are also responsible for building a goal-oriented sales and marketing strategy, in cooperation with the management.

Requirement profile

• Technical vocational training with further education as a Technician HF, Techn. Kaufmann HF, Electrotechnical Engineer HF, or Electrical Engineer. Further education in the field of sales / marketing is advantageous.
• You already bring professional experience in the field of industrial automation/digitalization or a closely related specialist field.
• You feel comfortable in a project environment and bring a high degree of process and quality thinking.
• You are a committed team member who works proactively and result-oriented.
• You possess proven leadership and social competence, a structured approach, and communication strength with a confident appearance.
