Sales Assistant Inside Sales 80 –100 %

Your tasks

• Independent administrative support and consultation of customers
• Complete order processing from issuing quotations through to ordering to invoicing
• Monitoring material availability as well as coordination and ensuring delivery dates
• Maintenance and updating of customer, market and order data
• Active support of existing customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Coordination and communication with various internal and external contact persons

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Several years of professional experience in inside sales, order processing or in a comparable function
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• English skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communicative, reliable and independent personality
• Enjoyment of working in a small, well-coordinated team
