Construction Foreman with permanent contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5-10 employees
• Collaborate with a technician to organize and plan various tasks
• Ensure effective coordination between the various parties involved
• Strictly respect the established schedule and current regulations
• Prepare detailed daily reports on the progress of the works
• Encourage harmonious collaboration between colleagues and all company staff by fostering team spirit

Your profile

• Holder of a foreman diploma or equivalent, or 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Adaptability and availability are required, with proven organizational, leadership, and team motivation skills
• Autonomy, thoroughness, and initiative are highly appreciated, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• A driving license and excellent knowledge of French are required
• Current residence or intention to move to the Martigny region.
• Open to candidates from Valle d'Aosta
