At the locations Zürich Flughafen and in the city of Zürich, we currently operate 20 sales locations and employ approx 360 employees. Junior Shift Leader (m/f/d) 100%

Your main tasks:

• Operative assistance in the management of the unit
• Active support of the team
• Assistance with inventory counts and stock controls as well as receipt and control of internal and external orders
• Constant checking and compliance with processes and standards
• Assistance with the recruitment, training, development of employees (support by HR)
• Various administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Service-oriented and resilient personality with quick comprehension
• "An eye for the essentials"
• Structured and independent way of working
• Resilience and flexibility (7 days a week)
• Very good German skills and good English skills
