Sachbearbeiter/in Debitorenbuchhaltung 80-100% Our team is in daily contact with our customers from all over Switzerland. In this interesting function, you are responsible for managing the debtor accounting. Your tasks: • Daily booking of payment receipts as well as internal clarification of any discrepancies • Care, monitoring and reminders of overdue debtors • Direct telephone and written customer contact and payment negotiations • Central point of contact and competent contact person for internal departments for all questions regarding customer payments and the status of debtor accounts • Creation of various statistics/evaluations Your profile: - Completed commercial training • Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage • Good MS-Office skills (Excel, Word) • Good SAP S/4HANA skills • Friendly and upright personality with natural assertiveness • Networked thinking and good comprehension • Independent, proactive, exact and timely work • Good spoken and written French skills are an advantage We offer you: An interesting and educational activity in a growing group of companies with interesting products.
