Thun \| 80-100% You can make this contribution <br /> • Lead and be responsible for the area of professional basic training as well as further training of automotive professions at the Armeelogistikcenter Thun • Conduct inter-company courses with learners and lead technical further training courses with automotive specialist staff • Maintain the coordination of learner deployments and close communication with superiors, involved practice trainers, and workshop managers • Act as a contact person between the training company, learners, and parents, and ensure learner support (education reports, certificate discussions, etc.) • Periodically update guidelines, instructions, and curricula, and ensure their compliance and implementation at all times • Notice the acquisition of learners and the further development of training professions with the head of training/education, and ensure the necessary training media/concepts are future-oriented <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed technical vocational training (automotive mechatronics engineer) with professional further training (at least automotive diagnostician) and corresponding experience and practical proof • Federal certificate of competence as a trainer or federal certificate of competence as a professional educator, or corresponding willingness to undergo further training • Pedagogical and methodical skill as well as flair in dealing with young adults • Military training is desirable • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a nutshell Become a mentor, role model, and pioneer for the next generation of automotive professionals.
