In the heart of the Emmental, the Alters- und Pflegeheim Hasle-Rüegsau offers 72 residents a professional and contemporary living, care, and support service. Over 100 employees with different skills work together every day with joy and motivation for the concerns and wishes of our residents. To strengthen our care team in the Rosegarte dementia living group, we are looking for a specialist as Deputy Group Leader Care 80% (m/f/d) Your tasks You support the group leader in administrative, organizational, and conceptual tasks. The focus of the task includes ensuring individual, person-centered care and support for 8 residents in the living group. Active participation in care and support forms the basis for further developing care quality and supporting the team. Participation in training, integration of resident wishes, work with relatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration are a central part of the function. You represent the group leader during their absence.
