What you achieve

• You are responsible for market and portfolio development in the field of physical object protection with a focus on perimeter protection.
• You analyze market, customer, and technology trends and recognize new business opportunities.
• You develop business cases, product strategies, and market launch concepts.
• You collect and prioritize market and customer requirements and translate them into future-proof security solutions.
• You develop the positioning of our products and solutions and support sales and business development as a competent sparring partner.
• Together with internal and external partners, you shape the future direction of our security portfolio.

What you bring

• You bring a technical education with further training at FH/HF level or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in product management, ideally in the security environment.
• Knowledge of perimeter protection is a plus. Alternatively, you bring an understanding of integrated/convergent security solutions from the areas of video, access, or intrusion.
• You convince with entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong customer and market orientation.
• You communicate confidently in German. French and English are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland as well as occasionally internationally.
