The Drug Product Clinical Supply Center (Parenterals) in Basel is responsible for the production and filling of parenteral, sterile dosage forms from the global research and development portfolio. For the supply of clinical trials in Phase I-III, state-of-the-art production facilities are available at the Basel site in a modern building.The OpportunityAs a Logistics Expert:in in the Section Planning & Logistics in the Drug Product Clinical Supply Center (Parenterals), you will take on the following exciting tasks in the logistics area:Responsibility for GMP and non-GMP storage areasConducting goods receipts (e.g. of active ingredients, packaging materials, auxiliaries, etc.), including incoming inspection, introduction and storageTimely provision of goods for operationGoods issue of DP bulk material and other materials, as well as shipping preparation, including creation of shipping ordersCoordination and execution of goods calls to building 97 and goods issuesTaking over samples from production and handing them over to analyticsEnsuring day-to-day business through the coordination of logistics resources as well as responsibility for destructions and disposals.Conducting the annual inventory in cooperation with the specialist departments as well as supporting projects, audits and deviation management.Who You AreTo be successful in this exciting role, you ideally bring the following:Successfully completed vocational training as a logistician (EFZ or equivalent) and higherYou have a secure handling of industrial trucks and possess a permitExperienced handling of MS Office/Google applications, good SAP user knowledge (EWM module) and ideally experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)You have very good German language skills in word and writing, as well as good English language skills in word and writingIn-depth experience in the GMP-regulated logistics environment, particularly in the handling of cooled and deep-frozen goods (2-8 °C / -20 °C)You have experience in the introduction and removal of materials in the GMP environmentHandling of KANBAN systems, 5S knowledge is an advantageStand-by duty willingness in special deploymentsApply now with your current resume and relevant certificates and become part of our team to shape the future together!
