Nurse 80% Vaudaire The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. It carries out a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaudois regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaudois and Valaisan Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training, and its openness to other approaches. The Fondation de Nant is advertising a position in the adult psychiatry hospital unit (UH Vaudaire), as an Nurse 80% THE MISSION The mission of the nurses in the adult psychiatry hospital unit is to ensure the required care services for each patient in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. WE OFFER The Fondation de Nant is a private institution recognized as being in the public interest, tasked by the State with organizing and providing psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. The adult psychiatry and psychotherapy service (SPPA) is one of the three services of the Fondation de Nant. The adult psychiatry hospital unit consists of four divisions, including Vaudaire, which can accommodate up to 14 patients aged 18 to 65 suffering from severe psychiatric disorders. Being a nurse within this division means evolving in a dynamic work environment at the heart of an interdisciplinary team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Nurse with experience in psychiatry, holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or an equivalent degree). Furthermore, having the capacity to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues, and the institution is important for working as a Nurse within Vaudaire.
