To strengthen our Informatik team, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as of 01.09.2026 or by agreement. The Informatik department of the Support Sozialdepartement represents the interests of the Sozialdepartement (SD) as a bridge builder towards the city-wide Informatik (OIZ), implements IT solutions for its internal customers, plans and coordinates the IT infrastructure for the department, and ensures the operation and support of specialist applications in the SD. Tasks ## • You will take over the financial controlling of Informatik: budget planning, budget monitoring, forecasts, and annual financial statements in agreement with the department management and departmental division. • You will set up a structured operational controlling system: definition of relevant key figures, setup of dashboards, and regular reporting to the department management. • You will develop a resource and capacity planning for Informatik, create the methodological basis, and establish a recurring planning and control process. • You will support the department management with decision-relevant analyses, ad-hoc analyses, and decision-making bases for finances, operations, projects, and resources. • You will maintain and further develop the controlling instruments, templates, and processes of Informatik and ensure their quality and topicality. • You will coordinate project controlling for individual projects if required and ensure uniform reporting. • You will work closely with team leaders, project leaders, and the GRC officer and will be the internal specialist for controlling questions within Informatik. Profile ## • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration and a specific further education in controlling and/or project management at the CAS level • Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, ideally with a focus on IT operations, software releases, or digital transformation projects • In-depth knowledge of budget planning and release controlling • Flawless application of Excel and modern reporting tools • High level of commitment • Structured and precise way of working with a pronounced affinity for numbers, which enables you to identify financial needs for action at an early stage and propose solutions proactively We offer ## We offer you a varied and responsible function in the area of Informatik controlling.
