Our client, one of the leading audit and consulting firms with a seat in various markets and strong regional presence in Switzerland, is looking for a Senior Manager - Finance Transformation (m/w/d) 100% in Zurich. Area of responsibility Acquisition and management of finance projects with the goal of transforming the financial target operating model, including the technology landscape. Development and implementation of strategies and solutions to optimize processes (e.g. Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, monthly closing), systems and organizational structures (e.g. GBS) in the finance area. Supporting customers in increasing the efficiency and quality of their Shared Service Centers in the finance area, their outsourcing contracts, decentralized business units and strategic partnership with their Finance Business Partners. Advising customers on reviewing their financial technology landscape and providing insights into leading digital solutions for the finance area and adjacent functions. Managing cross-functional projects as part of larger transformation programs and creating offers for acquiring new projects with national and international customers. Building and maintaining relationships with finance executives (CFOs, SVPs, Transformation Leads) and identifying new business opportunities in the target market. Requirements profile In total 7–10 years of professional experience in finance projects within a management consultancy. In-depth understanding of reorganization processes in the finance area, e.g. KPI benchmarking, economic calculations, conception and implementation of target operating models, process optimizations, implementation of financial technologies (workflows, reporting etc.), setup of Shared Service Centers, outsourcing initiatives and governance models. Knowledge of systems (SAP, Microsoft, Workiva etc.), their respective functionalities for optimizing financial processes as well as the market for digital solutions and AI solutions. Proven successes in business development; a key qualification for a Senior Manager position. Outstanding leadership, analytical and communication skills for collaboration with CFOs and finance executives. Excellent English skills in word and writing; German skills are an advantage, Ösisch skills a plus.
