Assistant Cook (m/f/d) Your tasks Support of the kitchen team in the preparation of cold and hot dishes. Preparing, cutting, and preparing vegetables, salads, meat, and other ingredients. Assistance with food production and plating of the dishes. Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Compliance with hygiene and food regulations (HACCP). Support with the receipt of goods, storage, and control of food. Participation in general cleaning and tidying work in the kitchen. Your profile Initial experience in the kitchen or gastronomy is an advantage, but not mandatory. Joy in cooking and working with food. Independent, clean, and reliable way of working.
