Your tasks

In this versatile function, you report directly to the Head of Nursing and Care and take on the specialist responsibility for education in the field of nursing and care.

• Responsibility for the training of all HF/FH nursing students in technical, personnel, and organizational aspects, including deployment planning
• Leadership and promotion of the directly subordinate employees in all work-relevant topics
• Planning and implementation of learning support, learning and transfer days (LTT), training days, and inter-company courses, as well as joint management of the LTT with the FaGe vocational trainers
• Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate as well as for the continuous further development of training quality
• Implementation of the nursing process as well as documentation and service recording (RAI)
• Support in recruitment during the entire selection process
• Taking over daily responsibility in the two wards to ensure the well-being of the guests
• Participation in early and late shifts as well as one to two weekend shifts per month

Your profile

You are a committed and competent personality with joy in the training of apprentices and students:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH as well as passed vocational trainer course (5 days) mandatory
• SVEB 1 is an advantage or the willingness to complete this certificate course
• At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing and ideally 1 year in the field of education
• High social, technical, and self-competence
• Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Independent, structured, and flexible way of working as well as a strong sense of quality
• Appreciative and empathetic interaction with guests, employees, and learners
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
