Your area of responsibility with our customers:

Lifecycle Management: You are responsible for the seamless recording and maintenance of personnel and wage mutations (preferably in SAP).

Payroll Support & Time Management: You take over the monitoring of time recording as well as the preparation and control of data relevant to payroll.

Service Orientation: You are the expert first point of contact (1st Level) for employees and managers for all questions regarding payroll and HR administration.

Reporting & Optimization: You create ad-hoc analyses as well as reports and actively participate in the digital transformation of HR processes.

Qualifications

Qualification: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as well as a recognized HR specialist training (e.g., HR-Fachperson with eidg. FA or Sachbearbeiter/-in Personal).

Expertise: You bring several years of sound experience in the HR sector, ideally in an international environment with a focus on payroll administration.

System Affinity: You are proficient in the use of MS Office, SAP user knowledge is a big plus.

Communication: You communicate with style in German and have very good English skills for daily exchange in an international context.

Way of working: You are characterized by absolute discretion, a strong flair for numbers and an efficient, analytical way of thinking.
