Group Leader

The daycare service of the Primarschulgemeinde Au-Heerbrugg offers comprehensive family and school-supplementary care for kindergarten and school children up to the sixth grade at both locations. In four groups, two per location, the children are accompanied in a professional and age-appropriate manner. The opening hours during school weeks are from 06:45 to 18:00. We are looking for a Group Leader (80-85 %) in Social Pedagogy, starting immediately or by arrangement. Do you like being right in the middle of things rather than just being there? What you bring with you • A completed degree in social pedagogy or childhood pedagogy, recognized in Switzerland • FaBe Kind EFZ. A big plus! • Experience in group leadership? Even better! • Pedagogical sensitivity and joy in working with children • A solution-oriented attitude • Team spirit, flexibility, and a portion of resilience • Very good German skills • And of course: humor - because with children and in a team, you are allowed to laugh! ?
